• Cycling Routes:
  • The bungalow is about 1 mile off the National Cycle Network NCN 27, the Devon Coast to Coast route. It combines the beaches and estuaries of North Devon with the lush green valleys of the Torridge, the Tavy, the Walkham, and other evocative West Country rivers. The route also skirts around the western flank of Dartmoor, offering superb views of Devon and the surrounding area.
  • Cyclists will find the Granite Way and the Wray Valley cycle paths gentle and pleasing, with plenty of more challenging routes across the moors.

Exclusions

• No smoking / vaping in the bungalow and an additional charge will be made if we need to remove odours / stains / burns. There is an external covered shed where you can smoke or vape.
• No cats or dogs. Because of the extensive bird life in the garden we wish to reduce disturbance so that we retain the variety and abundance of wild birds.
